Frequently Asked Questions
Printing Readings Hourly
This method of automatic data logging is relatively easy to setup. The RFC-1/B is programmed to send a set of readings to a local printer once every hour.
The programming in the RFC-1/B requires one action sequence that has an instruction to print readings to a local printer. A date/time trigger activates the action sequence every hour by taking advantage of default match conditions. Program a single date/time trigger to match every month, every day and every hour.
Channel readings print starting from channel 00 and continuing through the programmed stop channel. The factory setting is channel 07.
Set the date and time using the commands 70 and 71 respectively to enable timed events. These commands are prompted and their use should be self-explanatory.
